Member Ratings is made up of comments and ratings left by other Call Termination.com Serious Buyer/Seller's you've bought from and sold to. These comments and ratings are valuable indicators of your reputation as a buyer or seller on Call Termination.com.
The feedback system is easy to understand. You receive:
+1 point to your feedback score for each positive comment and rating left for you.
0 points to your feedback score for each neutral comment and rating left for you.
-1 point to your feedback score for each negative comment and rating left for you.
For example, Goldmember1 (2) means that the "Serious Buyer/Seller" with the User ID 'Goldmember1' has received 2 positive feedback from 2 other Serious Buyer/Seller's.
Before you buy or sell on an item or service, you can check the buyer or seller's Member Ratings by clicking on the feedback score
next to their User Name in many of the pages in our website (such as topic pages, topic list pages, profile pages etc). It will be listed
as "Member Ratings (0). The (0) indicated the members feedback score. When you click on (0) it will take you to the Members Ratings Page. Usually,
a high feedback score and high percentage is a good sign, but you should always check your trading partner's member profile to read comments
and look for negative remarks.
Always leave feedback after a transaction so that other members may benefit from your experience.
Contact your trading partner and try to resolve any issues before leaving negative feedback.
You can only remove Ratings and comments you have left within the first 30 days of the first time you posted it. After that the Ratings can not be deleted
by you and will be parmanent unless Call Termination.com intervenes. So be sure to leave only fair and factual comments and ratings that relate
to a specific transaction you have with your trading partner.
