Mutual withdrawal of Member Ratings

Members can withdraw negative feedback that they left a transaction if they've resolved their disagreement. But the system will only allow editing or removing the ratings within the first 30 days of the date they first posted the ratings. The process used to withdraw the negative feedback is called Mutual Feedback Withdrawal.

When feedback is withdrawn, the the positive, negative, or neutral rating associated with that feedback comment will no longer show or count in your feedback score. The feedback comment will be removed as well.

Mutual Feedback Withdrawal differs from feedback removal by Call Termination.com, where the ratings and all comments are removed when both parties agree to have it removed and request it in writing. The removal by Call Termination.com has no time restriction and the ratings and comments can be removed beyond the first 30 days.

The Mutual Feedback Withdrawal Process :

After both parties have agreed to withdraw the feedback, both parties will have their ratings scores adjusted at the same time. Depending on the type of feedback withdrawn, each party's score could increase, decrease or remain the same.

You may only request Mutual Feedback Withdrawal if both you and the other person have agreed to have the feedback removed.
