<div class="paragraph_header" align="left">Call Termination.com Member Ratings Removal policy:</div>

<div class="paragraph_1">
<p>In most cases, feedback that is left for you by another Call Termination.com "Serious Buyer/Seller" Member cannot be removed after the ratings edit period (30 days) 
is passed. The Call Termination.com Serious Buyer/Seller's Forum provides Serious Buyer/Seller's with the opportunity to briefly describe their trading experiences with 
one another. Because the ratings represents a Serious Buyer/Seller's opinion, Call Termination.com cannot edit these comments, nor can we investigate them 
for accuracy.</p>

<p>However, there are some basic rules that must be followed to ensure that the Member Ratings system isn't abused. We will remove feedback in a 
few limited situations, if we find that these rules have been broken. We reserve the right to do that and usage of the Member Ratings feature is considered
a formal acceptance of our ratings and post removal policy.</p>

<p><b>Below are the situations when we may choose to remove ratings and comments from the Member Ratings system and the "Serious Buyer/Seller's Forum" :</b></p>
<p>
<li>Abusive and inappropriate language used</li>
<li>Members are threatened</li>
<li>Call Termination.com is blamed even though Call Termination.com has not participated in the transaction and has no knowledge of it.</li>
<li>Call Termination.com has sufficient doubt about the Ratings and comments</li>
<li>Call Termination.com redeems the Ratings is a way of a certain member is trying to boost another Members ratings or reduce ratings with a 
deliberate or concerted effort.</li>
