You need to first decide how many minutes on a monthly basis you will be doing, so you will know how many ports you will need for hardware. You will also need to get telephone lines from the telco. Tel lines may be analog or digital but make sure you buy the equipment to fit.

Best digital equipment are Cisco and Quintum
Best Analog equipment are Cisco, Quintun and Qtelnet
Cisco is very expensive, so you might want to look at quintum.

You will need a dedicated internet connection from a good ISP with good ping time. Anything under 250mms should be good. The connection must have static IP. You need at least 20K of bandwidth per line/call.

You will need a card printer who can print all your cards as well as put the PINs on them.

You will need a provider who can terminate all your calls to worldwide destinations.

Your best bet is to go with a turnkey solution provider who will guide you accordingly.

    I recomment these:

    www.isphone.net
    www.Qtelnet.com

    Hope this helps!
