I need device or software with automatic number identification and caller ID spoofing which could send end user random number in format + xx yyy zzzzzzz.
Namely, I am terminating VoIp call from abroad to local mobile user. I need that gateway send numbers like above to the end user. |

I doubt you will be able to find such a device for mobile line or analog line because ANI is controlled by the switch at the phone company and not at the originator side.
