Good day to all!
I am new to this VOIP thing. I am more of a businessman than a techie. Can anyone point to me a site discussing terminology used in VOIP. I would like to know what ACD, ASR, PPD, bililng increment, what is the normal payment terms, pre or post pay and what are the advantages of each mode of payment. Thanks. vo1pphil |
