    Welcome,

    Our company proposes a complete solution for VoIP Providers, which
    includes a Calling Card system. It is called an IXC Prepaid Platform.

    Prepaid solution is based on Cisco IVR, therefore it supports any language.
    Our experience in setting up new businesses all around the world based on our SW
    brings a value that we can add.

    Please, see attachment for a picture containing all main technical issues
    needed to begin a calling card business.
    It needs a place in a building, which has many Internet and PSTN providers
    for better interconnection between different providers. It could be a co-location
    company.

    To calculate the full budget you need to consider the following:

    1. Equipment and SW costs:
    a) Cisco AS5300 or Cisco AS5350;
    b) IXC Prepaid Platform - the price depends on a number of
    concurrent calls.
    c) technical monthly support for IXC Prepaid Platform

    2. Collect information and estimate:
    a) collocation cost setup and monthly fee;
    b) Toll-Free local phones cost include E1 (T1) connection setup and monthly
    fee;
    c) Internet setup and monthly fee cost.

    3. Plastic cards manufacturing (how many from the beginning, what nominal, build
    trade mark), price, etc.

    4. VoIP Provider for your customer call termination (rates, conditions, like
    deposit payment terms).

    5. Advertisement, distribution network, direct selling and etc.

    Features of IXC Billing:
    - Collection of statistics from AAA Radius compatible devices;
    - Processing of collected data on depend to settings for division by
    companies, branches;
    - Call tariff in correspondence with tariff rules of the company (branch);
    - Viewing statistics for any period of time with different variances of
    statistical treatment;
    - Call tariff recalculation for any period with new prices in the case of
    backward tariff changes;
    - CDRs generation;
    - access to statistics for partner companies;
    - system of active monitoring by means of comparison of statistic
    characteristics(ASR, ACD, traffic volume).

    Features of calling cards:
    - TCL 2.0 support(callback);
    - Support of many card types, which can differ with tariff rules, format of
    dialing number, allowed DNISs or access servers;
    - Possibility of card cost and tariff plan changing with further accounting
    of these changes;
    - authorization using ANI;
    - Commission fees in days of use for any type cards, card production
    amortization, extra charge per minute depending on use of different DNISes;
    flexible tariffing;
    - multilingual.

    In order to make a price quotation, I need to know the number of
    concurrent calls that you expect to have, since we license our SW
    according to this principle.
