hello all. could anybody recommend me some books on the
(technical) ins/outs of voip (explanation of difference between
sip/h232, various possible network configurations, the usual
terminolgy (pdd, ars, acd, ivr, etc etc etc), possible pitfalls, future
trends etc etc? I have some mcgraw-hill, Cisco publications etc but
am hungry for more...Would be of great help to speedily get my
(tech) knowledge up to a level whereby i donot need to rely on
3rd party 'technicians'. so much to start up my business. Not aiming to
become an expert overnight - just looking to bring myself up to
the same level of knowledge that the (many) experienced among
you have a.s.a.p.
