hello,
I am looking to build a large IVR voice broadcast system that can utilize the low usage rates of VoIP. My client made 26,000,000 calls last year. These recorded calls average 30 seconds in length. My system would run on 3 DS3's (2016 ports). The system would have the capacity to make about 2,000,000 calls in a 12 hour calling period. Looking for the system development, maintenance, support, colocation, DS3's and low usage rates. Most calls are made during Sept - Nov and March - May Political. Calls would be executed by client via a web portal. Application should have full reporting capabilities. I've been getting quite a few quotes.
