The call termination landscape is volatile and changes daily, so for your business to survive you must have the commitment to pursue service innovation and align yourself with a strong partner like Doretel that follows the VoIP marketplace constantly.

Rates are updated every 120 business days and there is NO MINIMUM call traffic level. All destinations will be billed on a 30/6 basis and ASR varies from 71% to 97% depending on the destination dialed. We support IP interconnect over h.323 and SIP interface and g723 and g729 codec’s.

We work on a prepaid basis and the preferred mode of payment is wire transfer. A standard deposit of US$ 1,000 will open an account for interconnection. Then, our carrier department will set up your account within 24-48 hours and they will also give you a password and ID for your Management Tool so you can see your balance and CDR online.

Doretel can setup a test account that will allow prospective customers to test the carrier platform for a period of ten (10) days.
