There are a few solutions available. It's not clear what, exactly, you want the click 2 talk to do (day / night switch mode, introductory IVR message followed by connection to your sales office (with Caller ID message), call forward to call centre when you're busy / unavailable etc).
Try the evaluation at www.estara.com and let me know if that's what you were thinking of. If it is we can provide provide that solution at wholesale prices (we're a reseller for estara). hello,
I have a third party that will originate calls from through their DIDs. So they will send 5 simultaneous calls to my IP. I need my own Billing and IVR. Then again I will be terminating these calls to a third party terminator. Do I need to have a hardware gateway in order to have the Billing and IVR? Do you have a software solution for me? Do you know of any IVR + Billing solution that would not require me to install hardware gateways? Regards |
