Can someone outline a good methodology for t-shooting these failures? Could someone explain to me what triggers a quintum to send these messages and if there is a setting to make the quintum less sensitive to whatever it is detecting in the network.

Zelig,
If it is an analog unit, it could provide this error if it does not detect dial tone from the analog line when it tries to terminate a call to it. Other than that, you would need to review the log and trouble shoot the problem based on where the code is coming from and how far the call is getting. Mike |
