Hi,

First of all I must tell u I'm a newbie.
My scenario:
- a public phones center only for international calls (nothing like this in my country :Romania). I we'll begin with aprox 10-20 phones. As u see I just wanna originate calls from Romania to terminate in Europe and US.
I need information on equipment needed, software for billing, and how can I make deals with others companies(for termination).

That would be really simple and alot cheaper than you think, but first thing you need to check are the laws in your country. Many countries will not allow circumvention of their phone network.

If its legal, do you have a location in mind? What do you see rent costing? Are T-1s readily available? Cost? Is there a strong demand for this? How much could you charge?

Interesting idea, I would like to discuss it more with you once you have the answers to the above questions.
