    Hi,
    We are looking for to provide Phone-To-Phone service to customers (Just like calling cards). What we want:
    1- The customer has to pick up the phone and dial our Access number.
    2- The IVR response them.
    3- IVR ask them for the PIN or make a call for customer without PIN.
    4- WE NEED TO OFFER ONLY OUTGOING CALLS FROM USA TO OTHER COUNTRIES.
    What I able to know yet is
    We have to use a “Gateway” and High Speed internet Access.

    But what else service or product we need to complete the processes of a call?
    How much investment is required? Which gateways have to be utilized?
    Lot of things are not clear.
    If you can provide me information in details that “What Hardware and software are required and to whom we have to make business connections?”
