Ready to go, brand new start up broadband phone company looking for full
partner on a profit sharing basis. Our company has been carefully established in the past months, and is fully geared towards offering broadband phone, pc2phone and web call back to an international client base. Although being a fully US registered company, we have decided to offer above services on a global scale in order to have the broadest market at our disposal prior to more directly focussing on more obvious available key markets. Virtually all the needed infrastructure has been carefully put in place, including but not limited to: 1) An effective website ================ aimed at high visitor-to-client conversion rates. The site’s text, layout and coding is being optimised by a professional SEO company, based on a large pool of keywords that has been carefully researched in the past weeks. Same company will also actively manage our linking strategy, press – and article distribution to hundreds of news agencies worldwide. These services will continue monthly as part of a continuous SEM campaign which we are confident will produce a very solid stream of targeted traffic at high conversion rates. The site is geared towards maximum automating of hardware supply and CRM. 2) Fully automated strong (i.e high payout) affiliate program ========================================== aimed at maximizing the viral aspects of our marketing campaign. 3) Custom designed soft phone ======================= fully matching the company’s identity and with built in driver for our choice of USB phone. 4) Competitive hardware supply and fulfilment contracts ======================================== with a large USA hardware exporter for various ATA’s, as well as secured supply of USB phones from our own sales agent in China. The entire process of picking, packing and shipping is fully automated and integrated into our website. All ATA’s will be fully provisioned and tested prior to shipping them to our clients – for maximum plug2play experience. Same supply contract covers customer support and customs related problem solving. 5) High-end Asterisk PBX in place ======================== with full Least Cost/best QoS routing functionality. 6) Fully automated billing, CRM and provisioning suite ===================================== in place for maximum customer experience 7) large pool of freelance programmers, webmasters, copywriters and visual artists at our constant disposal. The company is technically and commercially ready to go on very low monthly overhead. Our business plan is mostly built upon a grow-as-you-go model, which means we aim to start on a small footprint with limited working capital, but through extensive automating and highly targeted marketing activities aim to generate the positive cash flow needed for growth. Beyond our aim of entry into the consumer market in the coming 1-2 years, we aim to divert part of the generated cash flow towards setting up termination activities in Latin America followed by distribution of VOIP hardware in same markets. Key markets would be Argentina, Brazil and Chile. What are we looking for in a partner? We are looking for an individual – or preferably company – to take a 50-50 profit sharing partnership in our company in the form of Carrier Relations Manager cq. QoS control/administrator. Although being ready for launch we will certainly not do so prior to having our termination SLA’s well arranged and constantly monitored. Main task for the requested partner as such could be defined as to assure a good QoS to the major destinations in USA, Europe, Asia and Latin America by landing well balanced (direct routes) SLA with major carriers and constant monitoring of QoS. With termination properly taken care of we do expect to turn profitable virtually immediately and foresee ample growth in the coming 12-24 months. This kind of opportunity would typically be of interest to: A) Existing Carrier Relations Managers eager to start their own company but lacking the commercial skills, knowledge, time or funds to do so. B) Small/Medium size Carriers thinking about entering into the consumer market but hesitant to attract the overhead, R+D and development costs/time in doing so. They could start with us risk-free. C) Existing small/medium size international ITSP’s recognizing the fact that the VOIP consumer market is large enough for many and that a joint venture with a non-direct competitor could bring about healthy profits as well as a larger platform to operate on. D) Local market operating ITSP’s looking to branch out into international waters without having to incur the costs, time and energy involved with setting up the company’s infrastructure and commercial identity. All of the above could become a full partner in an existing infrastructure, and as such set foot in VOIP consumer markets almost immediately and virtually risk-free. Access to the website, backend admin and more information such as profit/loss forecasts etc will be made available to interested parties upon request. Serious parties only please.
