A: Nowadays, it is not a simple thing to join a carrier program. Many will not have the basic requirements to be accepted into the carrier program. Also, in many cases, GLS offers the same earning potential as one would get by going direct. Lastly, GLS has multiple carrier relationships that can be leveraged – so joining us just for one carrier would be a disservice to the BP Q: Your agreement says the GLS owns the relationship with the customer, when I was the one that brought the customer to you. Is GLS going to take this customer from me? A: No, GLS uses that language because the carrier requires GLS as the agent of record when selling their services. As a result, we must be identified as the owner of that account. It is just a matter of definition that we must be the account owner, in reality the BP has account control and is protected by our agreement Competition Competition will come from other telecom agents or master agents trying to build their business model much like ours, but do not have the experience, breadth of services, or value to retain good partners. GLS Business Partner Program Evaluation Criteria GLS BP Program Commissions GLS is generous with it’s commission program. We not only share the carrier commissions, we also share in the gross profits of equipment sales, professional services and carry the highest commission payout for managed services We are also the only company to offer a higher percentage of earning as revenue contributions increase (based on total GLS revenue – allowing BP’s to earn more across the board) Requirements for joining the program There are no financial obligations or quota one has to meet in order to join the program. All we ask is that you manage your customer effectively. Our agreement is a simple one, with complete protection for our BP’s Responsiveness GLS is a very customer focused company and we have earned the respect of many high profile clients. We have the best project management team and tools that keep our customers informed in every aspect of their network rollout. We also do not leave our customers after we build and integrate their networks We are quick to respond on BP requests that need fast turn around and put a team of people on every deal Value Add GLS has its own products and services that serve as a tremendous complement to our carrier relationships.
