I did some changes in ASG 400 via AceFTP server, after that i having problem when i am cofiguring by using HyperTerminal. problem is configuration page is showing scrambled messages. please help me to sovle this pb

What kind of changes would you be doing via ftp? The only thing you should do with ftp is upgrade the software version and maybe change the voice prompts. If you went in and tried to change any files, then you may have corrupted the unit. Your best bet is to try and reload the entire system. Get the software from Quintum's web site.

Hi Mike, Thanks for your help, Yes, i tried to change some configuration files so that the problem emerged. can you please give me step by step process for how to resolve this? I have the CD which shiped along with the unit. Thanks and Regards Mohideen |
