What we provide is a platform with integrated Asterisk and IBSng billing software,using CW Radius module for Asterisk as authorization and accounting engine. This solution a allows to bill prepaid and postpaid customers,it also has Calling Card facilities and lot of other features that you can have with IBSng free version billing software.
