It has a USA tax number (EIN) Being a Delaware LLC, it does not pay corporate tax on non-US income. It also fully protects its owner from any corporate liability.

The website is not just a bunch of pages with a “cool look”. Each and very aspect of the website has been carefully researched and tested for effectiveness for marketing, -legal and technical purposes. The website has been designed during months of hard work in which for example we:

(6) VOIP HARDWARE SUPPLY + PROVISIONING CONTRACT
In combination with the above, XXXXXX has a signed supply contract in place with a (huge) US based voip hardware wholesaler. Within this contract one has access to wide range of voip hardware on a per-sale basis, and as such XXXXXX can offer NY kind of hardware without the need of stocking. Besides picking, packing and shipping the hardware for a fee of us$3.50 (via the online access to the XXXXXX Shopping Cart) the supplier also handles – at a separate fee of us$5.00:
1) manual provisioning of each unit and testing it before shipment.
The supplier will MANUALLY configure (provision) the ATA’s with the customers data (username/password etc which XXXXXX should provide) and test them to make sure they can receive incoming calls and/or make outgoing calls.
