    Good Afternoon,

    I am currently involved in a project that is a bit out of my league and need some technical telecom related assistance. Here's what I'm trying to do. Recently I got myself a Carrier Access Bank I Channel Bank. I also signed up for T1 service and it has been delivered. I need to connect this T1 through my channel bank to an IVR server unit I have. The IVR unit is strictly analog and consists of 24 ports. From my understanding of channel banks, the bank converts a T1 to 24 usable analog channels. Since I was told my the Carrier Access company that the unit can be used as a standalone product I purchased a punchblock that doesn't require punching.     Essentially, I need a nudge in the right direction. Am I going about this the right way? Can this actually work?
