Well u can startup with software, but that needs to be installed on some hardware, then u need to terminate to pstn somewhere, this again can be done by using ur own hardware and getting ur own lines, or you could just hand of tis traffic to a provider, it all depends on what ur budget is, and what ur 1/2/3 ye growth plans are SIP |
