I moved ahead. - VoIP or Telephony Business Questions

Hi everybody,
Now I moved ahead.
I have bought Dell Server and Calling card software (Card Saver for one T-1) Cost = $1995+ $2800.
I have bought Tenor DX gateway 48 Channels Cost= $ 4300.
I have bought UPS= $199.
I have bought special storage unit to keep the temperature as required in $ 1200.
I did order to XO communications for one T-1 line they will install it on September 27. I deposit the money. Monthly cost is $350.
I have total spend yet:
US$ 10,000/- to 11,000/- (Some furniture too).
Let me know what I have to do now? Did I start a stupid way? I still don’t know where can I go to print calling card? I still don’t know how can I terminate the minutes and get money/ Profit?
We want to offer only and only Phone to phone services and prepaid and post paid calling card.
I am not kidding Now Let me know how to move ached? When I will get T-1 on September 27 system will be ready within next 4-5 days. First Week of October 2004.
Any body can help me so I can get ROI?
