    ASR = Average Succesfull Rate (expressed in percents ) ASR = 50% means that from
    2 calls, only one is succesfull (which is very good in Voip :) )

    ACD = Average Call Duration (expressed in minutes)

    Billing Increment 30/6 means that first you are billed at the first 30 seconds, and then you are billed at every 6 seconds;
    example:

    if the real call duration is 26 seconds, you will pay for 30 seconds
    if the real call duration is 32 seconds, you will pay for 36 seconds (30+6)
    if the real call duration is 37 seconds, you will pay for 42 seconds (30+6+6) and so on.

    In voip the ussual billing plan is 30/6, but you will find 30/1 too.

    Your softswitch or software you use for VOIP termination will give you these statistics. It should have a Report module and you can get these stats from the reports it gives you.
