    dear Mike,
    I am having another different problem in VOIP ie.

    -there are busy tones in phones as line being drop when the callers dial and calls dont get connect (calls get dropped before being connected)

    kindly tell me what could be the reason for "busy tones due to line being dropped" and what is the remedy of this

    Shabbar,

    I am not sure I understand you. If the Quintum receives a call from IP and is not able to send it out the FXO/PSTN for termination, it will provide a fast busy. There could be many reasons from not the correct hop off/lampattern, to no dial tone on the lines. I would need more information to try to make a determination.
