Looking for People with the below JD:
The manager, Carrier Interconnection Services is responsible for carrier business development, negotiations, management and proactive communication of all inter-carrier agreements between Level 3 and other communications providers. These agreements include, at a minimum, terms and conditions relating to inter-carrier compensation, interconnection (network) architecture and VoIP. Creation and implementation of negotiation strategies and acting as the principal commercial negotiator between US and interconnecting carriers. Work closely with executive management, the regulatory team, the product management team and Global Operations / Cost groups to create strategies, polices and processes intended to maximize cash flow and profitability, as well as drive down costs, for all Wholesale Voice products and services. Communicate complex agreements into useful, understandable terms and effectively guide the business teams to fully optimize these agreements Communicate key business opportunities downstream in an effort to reduce costs and increase margins.
