if u want to regret all ur life, go with this company. they got no office in UK, they operate from India, dont even have their own servers, all rented vps servers from netservers.co.uk who provide it at the cheapest. Their support is 24x7 but cant afford more than 1 support person at any time of the day, they use VoIP switch, never try to port a DID to their servers as they double bill and secondly it never works fine also, atleast mine hasnt worked till date. they got UK DIDs forwarded to their office in delhi india and u can check it out by calling the following indian number +911140512316
the the support staff, dont even ask bout their level of knowledge, u will be amazed if i post the long chat logs i have got from them, half of the ppl dont know what a DID is, how worse can it get, deal with them at ur own risk. i am dealing with them and really regret it.
