We have a new cisco phone system here which has a pretty large sql database behind it. The canned reports the system provides are not enough and we need to do some custom reporting. I have looked over the database and can't seem to make heads or tails of what is what. Can anyone provide me with some guidance as to how the tables are laid out? specifically I'm looking for call log/record tables that contain information about each call (start time stamp, end time stamp, extension that dialed/received the call, number called or number call came from etc). I also need a table that ties the extensions to the name of the person at that extension.

If I have not posted this in the correct place, please guide me to where I should be posting such questions.
