Does any member have any experience of dealing with Level3, the major network provider for telcos and ISPs? The company has until recently focussed purely on data but has now recognised the opportunity in voice, specifically voip, and is now making this a central part of its strategy. We are a small voip company that is considering signing up to Level3 as our carrier, providing DIDs around the world.

Any thoughts on them, their quality of service, support, contract terms, etc would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks.

If anyone is looking for Full coverage in USA and Canada, Send me an email. We have much much better coverage on our DIDs and E911 service. Also out VOIP rates are very good if you have volume. We are a 1 stop shop wheather your a carrier or a retail company of VOIP. We are 1 of 2 companies that have this sort of coverage. Our ASR is well above 96%.
