We have been observed that one Person (“Shuman”) is sending a false posting continually regarding our service. But I have herewith paste real story behind it for get better picture in these issues.

2. This Person always posting and saying that he loose 10KUSD with us, But we will CHALLENGE him to proved that which way he send 10K for us. Because we do not received such amount from him.

3. While running his traffic to our server, he always complaint that our soft switch is not working properly, but we have to evidence to proved that our soft switch was operate perfectly with other clients.
4. his initial intention was to offer his soft switch for send his traffic . But we do not use it.
5. mainly we offered rate based on volume and this person was told us he have 40K for Sri Lanka per-day and we gave best rate , but finally he send only 1-2K maximum,

Due to above facts , We are not cheaters and running as a Private Limited Company on smart way. But this posted Client was offered us a VPS ( VOIP Switch) when our main SSW got breakdown. We agreed to pay 400$ per month for 150 concurrent lines, due to emergency situation.

Further, he has been blocked my other clients IPs and change Credit amount and rate plan also of this SSW and start to send his traffic through-out a day and he was away without replying. Due to above situation, get understood that he is purposely done this changes and send traffic to our white Sri Lanka route.

Hence, we stop hiring VPS from him. And he send sri lanka traffic of over 3K USD ( we have CDR evidence to proved )

We have all documents to show how much he paid and what volume send to us. And Chat History to proved what he done for us.

FURTHER, WE INFORMED TO RESPECTIVE AUTHORITY THAT HIS ILLEGAL BUSINESS IN QATAR TOO.

WE REQUESTED TO ALL VOIP CLIENT TO NOT TAKE HIRE ANY SOFT SWITCH FROM HIM AND DO NOT OFFER ANY ROUTES. B’COS HE IS NOT TRUSTED GUY. AND ALSO HE POSTING AGAINST US SINCE HE DONE ALL MISTAKEN.


That is a real situation, further we have a direct interconnection with major local telecom provider in Sri Lanka.

We can provide evidence from our valuable clients and providers which are pertaining to our cash-flow
