    Hi,

I'm going to be setting up an Asterisk box to receive incoming VoIP calls. Now I'm considering how to distribute calls to operators. My first choice would be to use X terminals (i.e. thin computing). But as it turns out this went the way of the dinosaur. What are my alternatives to one PC per operator? Is anyone doing anything clever?

Perhaps I could get away with hanging SIP sets off USB hubs (many sets have USB connection) and addressing operators this way? Initially I don't need anything from the operator except their voice (no keyboard input, no need for them to read anything from a screen).

    Cheers

    Neil
