is this true a gateway is placed in the US with VoIP connectivity across the Internet to another gateway overseas, effectively making all calls domestic calls.
if this true can i do the following: phone cards and make my own vonage do i need the following Patton Smartnode SN4960/4E024V/UI T1/E1/PRI VoIP Gateway ---- sofswitch---- PBXtra call center from fonality so i can do PSTN or PBX to the IP-network or get comcast to give me Hunt group functionality if this what i need how do i get other people on my network if i for got something please help me |
