    Hi.
someone changed the password on my Quintum ax2400 and i am not able to telnet into the unit, is it possible to reset the password without having to reconfigure the whole unit? If so, can someone please tell me how this is done?
    Thanks,
    ludakris.

    Ludakris,

You will need to contact Quintum support (during normal support hours) and they should be able to reset you password without erasing the configuration.
