Hi

I need some help. I am looking to start up a new business to terminate voip calls to mobiles within the UK. I know the equipment that I need, but I need to know is this legal? Can I just set up a business or is there anything i need to do beforehand (i.e get a license etc).

I have tried to read up about this on the internet, but have had no luck.

Any websites relating to this would be very much appreciated.

Are there any other UK providers that do this?

I'm also in the same situation in Italy. I have all the things to do it and doing too. But I want to make it legal/legaly.

I have talked to my SIM card providers.. they do not know anything about it and just said, "you are paying us for sim services. so do wharever you like with SIM cards."

I was trying to talk to a legal adviser but I failed to explain him what is call termination! -----it is not possible here to find a lawyer with knowledge of VoIP/Call termination.

I posted another thread in this forum but nobody wants to answer, I guess it is not so clear to all most every one that one can answer.

I would like to ask that admin of this FORUM www.calltermination.com would take a responsability to answer of this question.
