Hi there,
I'm a newbie at call termination, and have trouble understanding how to access the quality of a connection. I know what ASR and PDD basically mean, but how to these factors: routes capacity billing equipment affect the QoS? What types of routes are there other than direct routes? (I've heard of white route but unsure what that means). Any help is greatly appreciated. I'm sinking here and could use some food for thought. Thank you! |
