    Why can't you directly contact their customer service, I know it is little hard to get them. I often refer some online KB to fix the issue with the devices. You can also try that. We have access to AT& T KB, that one is well documented. please check this Configuration guide http://support.thinktel.ca/kb/articl...P_PBX_Interops , hope you can find your device here.
