BPO Telecom looking sales manager
Responsibilities include:

Generating new business leads and identifying sales opportunities.
Initiate, coordinate action plans, and acquire new customers in new markets
Representing company’s services to potential clients through direct telephone calls and emails.
Identify sales opportunities with existing clients and vendor
Actively and successfully managing the sales process from lead generation, negotiation and closing, to handover to the account managers in own team or other teams.
Achieving or exceeding sales team targets agreed with management.
Providing accurate and regular reports to management

Requirements:

Good written and oral communication skills in English;
Experience in VoiP Sales;
Hardworking and responsible;
Able to follow KPI’s and close deals;
Negotiator;
Loves sales.

Work Conditions:

Working schedule Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm Kiev time;
